Assistant Branch Manager
Location: To Be Determined
Summary: The efficient and effective management of a branch requires a strong, confident, independent individual. The Assistant Branch Manager ensures that established policies and procedures are adhered to and that the members are served promptly and professionally. They will be responsible for building branch business through motivation and coaching of staff and supporting all marketing campaigns.

Compliance and Risk Analyst
Location: Wall
Summary: Is responsible for the administration of the compliance and risk management for the credit union operations areas. Establishes and maintains compliance programs, including methods and procedures for such programs as the Bank Secrecy Act/OFAC/USA Patriot’s Act, Government Reporting and Compliance Reviews for credit union operations and regulatory changes.

Business Development Officer
Location: Wall
Summary: The Business Development Officer position requires a high-energy, out going person who enjoys building relationships and helping small businesses with their financial needs. In this role, you will participate in implementing programs which will increase First Financial’s penetration with existing business partners. Responsible to actively build new business relationships through business contacts, referrals, outbound calls and inbound responses to direct marketing promotions. A flexible schedule is required for evening meetings and occasional weekend special events.

Recovery Coordinator
Location: Wall
Summary: Serve as liaison between various parties to compete collection process. Retrieve, collate, prepare, file and distribute forms letters and documents related to lending and collection operations in a timely and efficient manner.

Teller
Location: Monmouth and Ocean Branches
Summary: Responds to member’s needs by processing routine member transactions at teller window and provides flexibility of coverage for the branch. As the first point of contact to the member, is responsible to assist the member and direct them to other credit union products and/or services that will benefit the member and serve their needs.

Financial Services Consultant
Location: Monmouth and Ocean Branches
Summary: The Financial Sales Consultant position requires a high-energy, out going, sales motivated individual to build business, by selling credit union products and services to members and non-members. Actively solicit new business from members and potential members at the branches through consultative selling, outbound calls and inbound responses to direct marketing, promotions.

Location: Wall
Summary: This position requires a pleasant, outgoing and confident manner. The skills and job knowledge mirror that of the Member Services Officer position except that the job responsibilities are carried out via telephone rather than in person.
