Business Development Representative

Location: Freehold/Howell Corporate Office

Summary: The Business Development Representative position requires a high-energy, out going person who enjoys building relationships and helping small businesses with their financial needs.  In this role, you will participate in implementing programs which will increase First Financial’s penetration with existing business partners.  Responsible to actively build new business relationships through business contacts, referrals, outbound calls and inbound responses to direct marketing promotions.  A flexible schedule is required for evening meetings and occasional weekend special events. 

Call Center Supervisor

Location: Freehold/Howell Corporate Office

SummaryThe efficient and effective management of the Member Relationship Center (Call Center) requires a strong, confident, independent individual. The Call Center Supervisor ensures that established policies and procedures are adhered to and that the members are served promptly and professionally. They will be responsible for building member relationships through motivating, coaching and supporting 3 – 5 direct reports.  

IT Support Administrator

Location: Freehold/Howell Corporate Office

Summary: In this role you will ensure stable operation of in-house network and support systems. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. You will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required. You will support and maintain the information security environment in adherence to internal and regulatory policies and guidelines.

Senior Teller

Location: Neptune

Summary: Responsible for member transaction requests and will motivate, assign and assist tellers in daily work. Directs and coaches tellers in operations and with identifying right-fit products and services for members.

Teller (Full Time)

Location: Neptune

Summary: Responds to member's needs by processing routine member transactions at teller window and provides flexibility of coverage for the branch. As the first point of contact to the member, is responsible to assist the member and direct them to other credit union products and/or services that will benefit the member and serve their needs.

Member Relationship Center Representative (Call Center)

Location: Freehold/Howell Corporate Office

Summary: This position requires a pleasant, outgoing and confident manner. The skills and job knowledge mirror that of the Member Services Officer position except that the job responsibilities are carried out via telephone rather than in person.

Financial Sales & Service Consultant

Location: Neptune, Toms River, and Freehold/Howell Branches

Summary: The Financial Sales Consultant position requires a high-energy, out going, sales motivated individual to build business, by selling credit union products and services to members and non-members. Actively solicit new business from members and potential members at the branches through consultative selling, outbound calls and inbound responses to direct marketing, promotions.
