Call Center/Member Relationship Representative (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As a Member Relationship Representative, you will:
- Answer general member phone requests and questions via phone.
- Service member transactions over the phone and evaluate product and service needs.
- Perform basic account research.
Consumer Loan Processor (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As a Consumer Loan Processor, you will:
- Be responsible for interviewing consumer loan and mortgage applicants.
- Originate and process consumer loan and mortgage applications.
- Support the Loan Department.
Operations Specialist/Quality Control (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As an Operations Specialist for Quality Control, you will:
- Review records and documents for accuracy and maintain document files.
- Ensure proper storage, retrieval and integrity of documents and files.
- Assist with staff and member inquiries.
Teller Associate (Freehold/Howell & Neptune Branches)
As a Teller Associate, you will:
- Accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for members.
- Process new membership account requests and existing member account changes and updates.
- Promote and advise on the credit union’s products and services.
Training and Support Manager (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As our Training and Support Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for organizing, creating, updating and conducting credit union training programs for all staff.
- Update company procedures as needed.
- Support various levels of management to determine training needs for the organization.
Vice President of Member Experience (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As our VP of Member Experience, you will:
- Be responsible for developing and executing an efficient lending plan and strategy while creating product development and loan promotions.
- Manage the activities and overall direction of lending and the branches, including member experience/service delivery, profitability, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the management of the credit union’s operations and growth, by providing executive-level strategic leadership and direction.
- Be accountable for the development and management of the credit union’s lending portfolio.
