Accountant (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As an Accountant, you will:
  • Perform accounting and clerical tasks on a daily basis.
  • Provide general accounting support to the Vice President Accounting/Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Accounting, and the Accounting Department.

Quality Control Specialist (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will:
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and regulations, review records and documents for accuracy and maintain document/record files. 
  • Ensure proper storage, retrieval and integrity of documents and recording media.
  • Assist staff and members with inquiries.
 
Branch Manager (Freehold/Howell) 
As a Branch Manager, you will:
  • Ensure that established policies and procedures are adhered to and that members are served promptly and professionally.
  • Be responsible for building branch business through the motivation and coaching of staff.
  • Support all marketing campaigns.

Assistant Branch Manager (Neptune) 
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
  • Ensure that established policies and procedures are adhered to and that members are served promptly and professionally.
  • Be responsible for building branch business through the motivation and coaching of staff.
  • Support all marketing campaigns.

Training and Development Coordinator (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As a Training and Development Coordinator you will:
  • Be responsible for planning and coordinating training and staff development programs for the credit union.
  • Work with various levels of management to determine training needs for the organization.
  • Supports the branches in training and other branch needs.
 
Compliance and Risk Specialist (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As a Compliance and Risk Specialist, you will:
  • Be responsible assisting in the administration, updating, and maintenance of First Financial’s compliance monitoring and internal control processes.
  • Participate in policy reviews, and assist management in assessing adequacy and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure policies are updated and accurate.
 
IT Systems Support Administrator (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
As an IT Systems Support Administrator, you will:
  • Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network.
  • Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software problems, and provide training.
  • Configure and maintain network hardware, software, and communication links.
 
Full-time Teller (Neptune and Toms River Branches)
As a Full-time Teller, you will:
  • Accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for members - including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers.
  • Promote and advise on the credit union's products and services.

Part-time Teller (Neptune and Toms River Branches)
As a Part-time Teller, you will:
  • Accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for members - including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers.
  • Promote and advise on the credit union's products and services.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays.
