Current Openings
Full-Time Teller (Neptune Branch)
This position is responsible for:
- Recording all transactions promptly, accurately, and in compliance with the credit union’s procedures.
- Accurately posting routine transactions, such as accepting deposits and withdrawals and processing loan payments and money transfers, to member accounts and maintaining member records/confidentiality.
- Promoting and advising on the credit union’s products and services.
Loan Administrative Assistant (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
This position is responsible for:
- Performing clerical duties related to mortgage and consumer loans in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Answering member phone inquiries regarding mortgage or consumer loan information or maintenance.
- Assisting loan officers in preparing/composing written correspondence and memos, such as pre-funding worksheets and communications necessary to process the loan.
Member Relationship Center Representative (Freehold/Howell Corporate Office)
This position is responsible for:
- Answering member requests and questions via telephone.
- Servicing member transaction requests, responding to member problems and issues, and resolving issues or referring members to the appropriate channel for assistance.
- Evaluating the needs of members to advise on the credit union’s products and services.
